Program Eligibility

Businesses that wish to participate in the program must be small businesses as defined by the following size: Home office business owners (1 employee – e.g. self employed, consultant); or Small office (2-3 employees)
Program is limited to 3 accounts per business.
Telemarketing businesses are not eligible for the program.
Lingo reserves the right to verify the type and size of business through reasonable means.

Participant Commitments

Program participants agree to take part in regular product feedback sessions with Lingo. Sessions may be in the form of a phone call and/or online survey.
Testing product feature enhancements before they are made commercially available.
Failure to participate in any of these shall result in losing the program benefits.
- 50% discount removed for remaining discount period.
- Polycom phone charge (amount based on the contract term selected by customer).

Canceling Participation

Customers who wish to discontinue participation in this program may do so at any time. Contact customer care to cancel the account and ship the Polycom phone back to Lingo within 1 week of canceling.

Failure to return the phone to Lingo will result in a $124.95 charge to the credit card on file.

Program participants will follow the standard contact processes for support by contacting Lingo at 888.546.4699 or customercare@lingo.com.
First month discount is given at time of signup with the remaining 5 months as a bill credit; all other applicable fees and taxes apply.
Unlimited calling is subject to normal business usage. See Lingo's terms and conditions for details.
Calls to mobile, premium, and special service numbers are not included in the unlimited international destinations except for China, Hong Kong and India.
Limited time program, offer ends 5/30/11 and is available to new customers only. Lingo reserves the right to change the program terms or discontinue the program at anytime.
